Are you a committed Vegan or Vegetarian?
Are you willing to die for the cause?
If you want to be a Vegan or Vegetarian because of ethical reasons, I have no problem with that, but you need to supplement or you can die. I help people do that, if that is what they want.
So this is what you need to know. The studies in this video are real and say everything, but this doc is still committed to his lifestyle. He recommends fixes, which I mostly concur with.
I follow the top MD’s that have become Enlightened and change diet and add nutritional supplements. They also reduce or eliminate medications as the patients stop needing them. I commend them all.
Look very carefully at this:
Dr William Davis MD, Cardiologist, removes all grains and sugar and adds in about 5 nutritional supplements and reverses and prevents about 160 diseases. He likes high amounts of fish oil, D3, iodine, magnesium and probiotics, etc.
Dr Gundry MD, Famous Heart Surgeon recommends a mostly plant based diet, and removes lectins, which includes grains that contain gluten and any plant or food that contains lectins and supplements a lot of nutraceuticals, especially polyphenols from red fruits, red wine and lots of extra virgin olive oil. I am not sure of how many diseases he prevents or reverses, perhaps a few hundred, especially Heart Disease, as you would expect. What are Lectins you ask?
Dr Joel Wallach, BS, DVM, ND, is a Veterinarian, Naturopath, Pathologist and his BS degree is in Agriculture and Farming science, with over 26,000 autopsies done on animals and humans in his early career. He discovered early in looking at autopsies that Vegans had more heart disease and clogged arteries than meat eaters, because they eat a lot of grains and vegetable oils. He removes 12 bad foods, likes a high cholesterol diet with high natural antioxidants and recommends supplementing all 90 Essential Nutrients based on body weight. They are 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, 2 Essential Fatty acids and 60 minerals, trace elements and rare earths. He prevents and reverses 900 diseases in animals and humans. Many of these include so called genetic diseases like Spina Bifida, Cystic Fibrosis, Muscular Dystrophy, etc.
I will let you decide who gets better results and why, although I think it’s pretty obvious.
Personally I recommend a Paleo Diet also called a Hunter Gatherer diet or a very close version that reduces glycemic load, and is tweaked based on individual genetic blood type factors, and I supplement The 90 Essential Nutrients optimized in very specific doses, based on my own independent research based on the latest studies. I get amazing results and at 68 I am on no pharmaceuticals and the last time I was checked, zero plaque and zero fats in my arteries. I have 40+ years of clinical experience. Check out the testimonial below, and you will see my clients do too.
The Omega-3 and B12 Myth with Dr Michael Greger MD… Watch and learn. The stats are not good at all for Vegans and Vegetarians. He has a very interesting style of delivery. His beliefs on cholesterol are wrong.
Nutrigenomics is the science that shows how foods and nutrients control our genes and how they express either optimal health or weakened health as we age. This is a major breakthrough and it puts us in control of our genes. We are no longer victims of our parents genetic patterns, with no power to alter our state of health as we grow older.
Client Testimonial: “10 years ago, you told me about a healthier way of eating. I blew it off and kept up my food pyramid diet. Also gaining a ton of weight, with countless doctor visits who only knew to prescribe steroids, Prilosec, or Paxil for all of my phantom illnesses. After finally following your advice – I’m now down 55lbs, Illness and Rx free. And, gained new understanding of your befuddlement in people who refuse to take your advice.” – D Y – California
