One of my very favorite anti aging herbs is He Shou Wu, and it helps us age gracefully…

Posted on

He Shou Wu is a Resveratrol Stilbene containing herb that supports stem cell function and graceful aging.  It up-regulates SOD, dopamine levels and many of the Sirtuin genes as well as Catalase.  Catalase is an enzyme present commonly in all living beings that protects cells from Oxidative damage. Catalase basically helps in the conversion of Hydrogen Perodixe (H2O2) to Water and Oxygen. According to research, grey hair is mainly due to the build up of Hydrogen Peroxide in the hair follicles.

I attribute my darker than normal hair color for my age to this herb…

My favorite brand is listed below, and I take 3 caps twice a day…

Nutrigenomics is the science that shows how foods and nutrients control our genes and how they express either optimal health or weakened health as we age.  This is a major breakthrough and it puts us in control of our genes. We are no longer victims of our parents genetic patterns, with no power to alter our state of health as we grow older.
